Short-Term Rehabilitation

Transportation & Physical Disability Support
Resident appointments are attended to daily by our trusted transportation team. In addition, we offer Durable Medical Equipment (DME) support to give you or your loved ones the medical equipment to sustain a healthy and productive lifestyle in a home-like environment.
Care for Dementia Patients
At Adar Healthcare, our Director of Nursing can create individual care plans that are custom-tailored to help meet the psychological needs of each Resident.
Physical Therapy
Our highly beneficial therapy team provides short and long-term rehabilitation to help overcome and manage a variety of disability. Our license therapists provide speech, occupational and physical therapy to the residence to enrich and provide the highest quality of life and independence. Skilled therapy provides personalized programs to assist the residents to promote optimum performance.
Dietary
Our Dietary Manager meets with each Resident and their families to determine what diet, restrictions, or additions they require for healthy living. Families are encouraged to bring cultural (healthy) foods to their loved ones.
Beauty Care
When allowed by CDC's COVID-19 guidance, our community beautician provides beauty services, such as hair cuts to help individual residents sustain a sense of their own style.
Daily Activities
Our Activities Director works hand-in-hand with families to get a clear understanding of our Residents' lifestyle, favorite activities, and hobbies. Residents are highly encouraged to participate in daily activities as well as families in order to provide structure and cognitive stimulation.
Psychiatric Services
Adar Healthcare's reputable team of physicians delivers well-trusted integrity and services to the Madisonville communities and surrounding area counties. Physician services include frequent resident visits to facilitate the medical needs of our residents.
Social Services
Our social services department focuses on the holistic needs of the resident from admission to include family interaction and involvement in the care and needs of the resident. Resident family communication is part of the fabric of Adar Healthcare.
